Watermarking. Watermarked images are offered for promotional purposes of Steven Green only, and may be redistributed so long as the watermark in its’ entirety is retained on the distributed image. Third party watermarks on images created by Steven Green are not authorized.

Resale Prohibited. No images created by Steven Green may be resold without the express written permission of Steven Green.

Third Party Consent. Many images offered by Steven Green contain elements within that may be considered the intellectual property of other persons or organizations. Charitable Offerings. Photographic services and subsequent printed or electronic materials offered to charitable organizations are still considered to be the intellectual property of and copyrighted by Steven Green. Qualifying non-profit organizations may be granted a limited use license to utilize these images as desired in the promotion of their organization, to include fund-raising activities. Steven Green may at his discretion host images for this purpose.

No Warranty Implied. All sales are final, and all images are offered as-is. For printed materials sold through third-party vendors, Steven Green will make every attempt to assist purchasers in replacing defective products however, no warranty is offered with any image taken by or sold to any entity by Steven Green. There is no warranty for any electronic media offerings (downloads). There is no guarantee as to the duration of time that an image created by Steven Green may be available through this site.

Color Correction. Unless otherwise indicated, all images offered for sale are already color corrected prior to availability. Purchasers of printed materials should not use the color correction feature options available at most photo printing services. Color correction may completely alter the as-seen appearance of most images offered on this site.

Cropping. Most images are cropped to a standard digital format. Purchasers should be aware of the dimensions of the image being purchased and properly crop images to be printed at the time of purchase. The cropping of images offered for sale on this site by a user may change the nature or artistic structure (vignetting, etc) of the image. In certain cases, Steven Green may be able to provide a version of the image requested that conforms to the desired dimensions and approximate design structure. Please contact Steven Green regarding these types of requests.
